Onboard Together - Year One

It’s been 12 months since and Jet2holidays first launched the Onboard Together campaign, where we’ve been helping to raise awareness of the industry-wide problem of disruptive passengers.

Phil Ward, Managing Director, had this to say on the future of Onboard Together: “All the great work we’ve done in the first year has really made a difference, and continues to do so. The focus over the winter has been about raising awareness across a wider audience. This has included all other UK carriers, the airports, all MPs in our airport constituencies and other bodies such as duty free retailers, Police authorities and the CAA.

We’re also supporting our colleagues both on the ground and in the air, by giving them the training and support from myself and all senior management, so they have the confidence they need when faced with difficult situations. Finally I’d just like to thank each and every colleague who has been involved in reporting and acting on these unsavoury incidents. You are all doing a great job and I am sure you will continue to do your part in creating great memories for our customers.”
